1. Choose the model.
2. Select the quantity and then the size → if you need one bike in that size, enter “1”.
3. Select the date, enter the name of the person who will use the bike, and add it to your cart.
4. If you need more bikes in different sizes, repeat the procedure (quantity → size → date → add to cart).
5. At the end, go to your cart and complete the reservation.

Please note:

• If you want multiple bikes of the same size (e.g. 2 bikes size M), you can enter the quantity directly.
• If you need different sizes, they must be added one size at a time.

The range of an e-bike can vary depending on several factors. The chosen assistance level has a big impact: lower levels consume less battery and therefore last longer, while the maximum assistance level reduces the range.

The rider’s weight, route elevation, and correct use of gears also affect battery life. On average, for daily use, the battery easily allows a tour of about 50–60 km.

Cannondale Adventure – A city e-bike with mudguards and a rear rack, ideal for paved roads. It’s easy to get on and off since it doesn’t have the classic horizontal bar, but a lower tube instead, so you don’t need to lift your leg too high. Comfortable and practical, suitable even for those not very experienced or who prefer extra comfort.

Moustache Open – A mountain e-bike with a suspension fork and no horizontal bar. Suitable for paved or rough terrain. Comfortable, practical, and also ideal for less experienced riders or those seeking comfort.

Moustache Standard – A classic mountain e-bike with a suspension fork. Suitable for both paved and rough terrain. It has a more sporty riding position.

3T Ultra Boost – A road e-bike with electric assistance. It maintains the typical sporty and aerodynamic position of racing bikes, so it’s particularly suitable for experienced cyclists who want to ride longer distances with less effort.

Our tours are self-guided routes that customers can follow independently using a GPS track on their smartphone, just like a navigator. This way, everyone can ride at their own pace and stop whenever they like.

You can easily check the total rental price directly on our website. Select the dates and the type of bike you’re interested in and the system will automatically show the total based on the rental duration.

We recommend comfortable, sporty clothing. Avoid flip-flops and skirts; instead, wear sports trousers (ideally with padding for extra comfort). In mid-season, dress in layers and, if possible, bring a rain or wind jacket.

We also suggest carrying a small backpack with personal items and a change of clothes.

Important: Avoid tying a sweatshirt around your waist — it could get caught in the wheel spokes and cause an accident.

No, we do not offer a half-day rate. The standard rate is €40 per bike per day, with pick-up in the morning between 9:00 and 11:00 and return in the afternoon between 15:00 and 18:30. We recommend picking up your bike in the morning to make the most of your day in the hills.

The GPS tracks for the routes will be provided after your bike reservation. Remember to include this request in the notes when confirming your booking.

Yes, we have two smaller e-bikes available:

• Size 24” for children 135–145 cm tall
• Size XS (27.5” wheels) for children 145–155 cm tall

We offer rear child seats for children up to 18 kg. These can only be mounted on the Cannondale Adventure model.

First add the Cannondale Adventure e-bike in the correct size to your cart, then add the child seat to your cart.

Unfortunately, this creates a small “gap” we can’t cover: the e-bike racks are certified for up to 18 kg, while children’s bikes require a minimum height of about 135 cm to be used safely.

The dog trailer (for dogs up to 21 kg) can be attached to the following models:

• Cannondale Adventure
• Moustache Samedi Open
• Moustache Samedi Standard

To book, add the e-bike in the correct size to your cart, then add the dog trailer.

Bookings for the next day close at 6:00 PM on the previous day. If you want to book for tomorrow, you can do so until today at 6:00 PM. After that, bookings will only be accepted for later dates.
